The open-plan layout fosters a sense of spaciousness and encourages natural light to reach every corner creating a more peaceful ambiance.

We've thoughtfully provided essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive. We can't wait for you to experience the warmth of our studio!

Guest access

The studio is right above our specialty coffee shop and has its own passage and entrance, offering you convenience and more privacy.

To make check-in hassle-free, we've placed a lock box next to the sliding door entrance for self-check-in.

Neighborhood overview

The studio resides within a village just a short 5-minute stroll from a serene, uncrowded beach. A few minutes walk as well to the San Juan Market in case you need to buy anything from the 𝘱𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘬𝘦, and a quick 5-minute drive to the renowned San Juan Surftown.

The gentle sounds of roosters at dawn and dusk will be heard when your windows are open or when you pass by the catwalk going towards the irugi coffee Alfresco, you’ll also come across a company of amiable neighbourhood dogs, cats, and ducklings wandering the premises—honestly, the most ideal setting to reconnect with the pleasures of simple living.

Getting around

For commuters, the main highway is easily a 2-3 minute walk from the studio, enabling quick access to jeepneys or tricycles parked specifically across the street at the People's Park.

Additionally, complimentary designated parking is available for those coming with private vehicles.
